What is EMS?
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), also known as nueromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electrical impulses. EMS has the potential to serve as a strength training and rehab tool as well as offer post-exercise recovery benefits for athletes

What can EMS do for me?
EMS has the potential to serve as a strength training and rehab tool as well as offer post-exercise recovery benefits for athletes.
How does EMS Work?
There are a number of ways to overload your body’s muscles for strength improvements. You can use your own body weight e.g. press ups, you can use weights, medicine balls and resistance bands. You can also use electrical muscle stimulation.(EMS)

What’s the Difference Between TENS & EMS?
While TENS is indicated for pain relief and arthritis, EMS can help improve muscle conditioning, circulation and recovery through initiating muscle contraction and relaxation. It’s in the type of output waves where TENS and EMS differentiate. TENS stimulates the sensory nerve endings, while EMS also stimulates nerve endings, the intended purpose is stimulate the muscle to contract.
